Description:

The Manual operation/jack screw filter press from Zhengzhou Toper Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd is the simplest type of filter press. It consists of a screw jack, beam, filter plate, and filter cloth.

Operation:

1. Press: Ensure the filter cloth is flat, insert the strength adding rod into the screw jack, adjust the direction valve, and rotate the screw jack clockwise until the desired pressure is reached.
2. Return: Insert the strength adding rod into the screw jack, adjust the direction valve, and rotate the screw jack counterclockwise to release pressure.
3. Additional Notes: If slippage occurs during pressing or returning, adjust the direction valve. The press strength should be sufficient with one person's effort. In case of leakage, increase the press strength. After filtration, return the head plate, discharge the cake by pulling out the filter plates, and prepare for the next cycle.
