• A screw jack serves as the pressing device, eliminating the need for power.
• Filter area ranges from 1m² to 40m², making it ideal for beginners.
• Available in chamber type and plate & frame type for customization.

This Manual operation/jack screw filter press is the simplest type, consisting of a screw jack, beam, filter plate, and filter cloth.

Operation of the Manual Filter Press:

1. Press: Ensure the filter cloth is flat, insert the strength adding rod into the screw jack, adjust the direction valve, and rotate the screw jack clockwise until the desired pressure is reached.
2. Return: Insert the strength adding rod into the screw jack, adjust the direction valve, and rotate the screw jack counterclockwise to release pressure.
3. Additional Notes: If slippage occurs during press or return, adjust the direction valve accordingly. Adjust press strength as needed. After filtration, return the head plate, discharge the cake by pulling out the filter plates, and prepare for the next cycle.
