Horizontal Screw Centrifuge

The horizontal screw centrifuge, designed by Zhengzhou Toper Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd., operates on a mechanical differential principle. It consists of a drum, spiral, differential, bearing seat, feeding tube, machine base, cover, main motor, auxiliary motor, electrical control system, and various monitoring instruments.

When material enters the centrifuge drum cavity, it is driven by the high-speed rotating drum to rotate at a high speed, experiencing strong centrifugal force. The solid particles in the mixture, due to their high density, are pushed towards the outlet end of the drum by the spiral, which has a differential rotation speed compared to the drum.

The differential ensures that the drum and screw have a speed difference, allowing for efficient separation of solid and liquid components. This centrifuge is ideal for industries requiring precise separation processes.
