Product Description:

This Manual operation/jack screw filter press by Zhengzhou Toper Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. is the simplest type, comprising a screw jack, beam, filter plate, and filter cloth.

Operation:

1. Press: Ensure the filter cloth is flat, insert the strength adding rod into the screw jack, adjust the direction valve, and rotate the screw jack clockwise until the desired pressure is reached.
2. Return: Insert the strength adding rod, adjust the direction valve, and rotate the screw jack counterclockwise to release pressure.
3. Additional Notes: If slippage occurs, adjust the direction valve. Apply more pressure if leakage is detected. After filtration, discharge the cake by pulling out the filter plates.

Start a new cycle by sorting the filter plates and cloth.
