The Manual operation/jack screw filter press by Zhengzhou Toper Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. is the simplest type of filter press. It consists of a screw jack, beam, filter plate, and filter cloth.

Operation:

1. Press: Ensure the filter cloth is flat, insert the strength adding rod into the screw jack, adjust the direction valve, and rotate the screw jack clockwise until the desired pressure is reached.
2. Return: To release pressure, rotate the screw jack counterclockwise.
3. Adjustment: If slippage occurs, check the direction valve's position and adjust accordingly.
4. Additional Strength: If leakage occurs, increase the press strength as needed.
5. Cleaning: After filtration, return the head plate, discharge the cake by pulling out the filter plates, and prepare for the next cycle.
