Product Description

PP plate chamber filter press for wastewater dewatering

This filter press is widely used in below sludge handling industry.
1. Chemical: dyes, pigments, alum white powder, manganese, caustic soda, soda ash, chloralkali, salt mud, white carbon black, saponin, graphite, bleaching powder, Synaptic powder, phosphor, sodium hydrosulfite, potassium chlorate, potassium sulfate, ferrous sulfate, ferric hydroxide, water purification agent (aluminum sulfate, chloride, basic aluminum chloride) and so on.
2.  Medicine: Antibiotics (chlortetracycline, erythromycin, spiramycin, Jinggangmeisu, Midecamycin, tetracycline, berberine, oxytetracycline), calcium phytate, medicine inositol, growth derived sand, organic phosphorus, glucoamylase.
3.Food:rice wine, white wine, fruit juice, soft drinks, beer, yeast, citric acid, vegetable protein, plant density sweetener, glucose, stevia, maltose, starch, rice flour, corn syrup, gum, carrageenan, MSG, spices, sauce liquid , oral, soy, seaweed.
4. Refining:white oil, sesame oil, light oil, glycerin, machine oil, vegetable oil.

Itis the recessed chamber one with center feeding. It consists of beam, filter plate, filter cloths, hydraulic unit and electric control cabinet. Detailed information is the below:
1. Beam, High quality carbon steel Q345B and processed with sand blasting to remove rust and oxide skin, then painted by epoxy primer to get higher intensity and corrosion resistance.
2. Filter plate, Polypropylene(PP) with acid & alkali resistance, anticorrosion, innocuity, tasteless, light weight and high strength.
3. Filter cloths, High quality polypropylene acid and alkali proof or high quality polyester acid.
4. Hydraulic unit, China brand famous pumps and hydraulic valve; Carbon steel bending welding, sealing, air filtration external oil pump, cooling effect is good, maintenance is convenient; High and low pressure oil pipe for gb soft connection
5. Electric control cabinet, PLC control cabinet with Siemens brand or schneider brand Electrical components, Split type or can be fixed on the beam.

Operation process includes the following,
1. The hydraulic unit drive the head plate to press the middle plates and filter cloth between head plate and tail plate. And chambers form between every two plates.
2. The pump will deliver the mud into the chambers. Solids retainled in the chamber to be cake, and liquid flow out. Until the cakes is full. Then pump stops.
3. With about 10 minutes pressure holding. When you see there is no liquid flow it, the squeezing process finishs.
4. A worker will have to discharge the cake manually.
