The frame plate filter press is a stainless steel multi-layer plate and frame filter designed for enclosed filtration in liquids with a concentration of 50%, low viscosity, and minimal slag. It meets precision filter requirements for refining, sterilization, and clarification. The direct use of microporous membrane allows for aseptic filtration without passing through the filter.

All parts of this filter press are made from high-grade stainless steel (SUS304 or SUS316L) for corrosion resistance. The filter plate features a screw structure, allowing for the use of different filter materials based on the medium and production technology. The number of layers can be adjusted according to the filter flow. The pressure seal filtration ensures no liquid loss and excellent clarity. Customizable multistage filter devices can save time and enhance filter ratings. The machine's sealing part is made of silica gel with high-temperature resistance, non-toxicity, and no leakage.
