Operation of the Manual Filter Press:

1. Press: Ensure the filter cloth is flat, insert the strength adding rod into the screw jack, adjust the direction valve, and rotate the screw jack clockwise until the desired pressure is reached.
2. Return: Insert the strength adding rod into the screw jack, adjust the direction valve, and rotate the screw jack counterclockwise to release pressure.
3. If slippage occurs during pressing or returning, adjust the direction valve accordingly.
4. Adjust the press strength as needed to prevent leakage.
5. After filtration, return the head plate, discharge the cake by pulling out the filter plates, and prepare for the next cycle.
