The slurry materials are sent to filter chamber by the pressure of feeding pump and then go into filtrating media(filter cloth) to separate solid and liquid in slurry material.When solid in slurry material becomes cake shape, air is sent to membrane to fully squeeze the solid to reduce moisture content. If users have high requirement about filtration of sticky material and moisture content ratio, this machine has its own special characteristics to meet the need.

Features and application 

The main difference between ordinary chamber filter press and membrane filter press is in addition to the feeding pressure filtration , the special structure of the membrane plate make it has a secondary filtering function, namely the pressing filter. During operation, when the end of feeding, can inject high-pressure fluid medium(air or water)int othe membrane plate, in which case it will summon the entire diaphragm, oppression cake, so as to achieve further dewatered cake.

Membrane filter press has been widely used in various areas that require solid-liquid separation. It is considered an alternative to upgrading equipment of ordinary chamber filter press.

Membrane plates are constructed in the same basic method as the recessed chamber plates. The drainage surface of the plates, however, are flexible. After filtration, when the chambers are filled with solids and while the filter press is stilled, air pressure is exerted behind the flexible drainage of the plate. The membrane in turn inflates to exert pressure on the filter cake which have been formed. The cakes are then squeezed to reduce the amount of remaining moisture prior to cake discharge
 

Membrane filter press plates are made from TPE material moulded. Diaphragm and TPE are enchased togerher to become firm, do not fall off easily and have a long service life.

1.Hydraulic station

2.Main Beam

Material of high quality carbon steel Q345 ( Length & width & thickness: 120×60×6mm rectangular tube), box welded structural design, automatic submerged arc welding process with weld smooth and beautiful. Still processed with sand blasting to remove rust and oxide skin, then painted by epoxy primer to get higher intensity and corrosion resistance, together with last protection of acrylic polyester anti-corrosion paint spraying.


 

3.Filter plate

(1) Reinforced Polypropylene(RPP) with acid & alkali resistance, anticorrosion, innocuity, tasteless, light weight and high strength, producing by using 5000 tons high-pressure compressor, every plates before delivery is tested under high pressure 27MPa.
(2) External size is 870*870mm, inner size is800*800mm
