Automatic Membrane Filter Press For Separation

 

Design Feature of the membrane filter press:

The filter chamber of membrane filter press consist of the membrane plate and the chamber plate. With the help of the feeding pump, the solid and liquid separated by the filter medium(filter cloth). After the filter cake is formed, and then air or liquid goes into membrane plate. The second squeezing happens by membrane plate bulk and lower moisture content. Membrane filter press is suitable for the filtration of visous material and user who has higher requirements about the moisture content of filter cake. 

 

Membrane filter press used in sludge and sewage treatment in many industries such as food, medicine paper, chemical and many other industries, and the moisture content of filter cake is below 15% in the lowest. Compared with the traditional chamber pressure filter, Membrane filter press's solid content of cakes can be increased by more than 2 times,  so the cost of cake transportation is greatly reduced. What more, filter cake can burning directly and enficiently in power plant, realizing the goal of turning sludge into resource, sewage into clear water.

 

Membrane filter plates is molder with enhanced polypropylene, and membrane and polypropylene plates are stick together. It is firm and not easy to fall off with long service life.

After the filter cake are formed ,the diaphragm valve open and air or liquid (usually water)goes into the membrane plate


The membrane plate filled with air or liquid,so the membrane plate is expanded, this can make the second squeezing of the filter cake,and lower the moisture content
With inlet compressed air or liquid,the membrane plate is expanded.
