The GF series tubular centrifuge is designed for separating emulsions and mixing various liquid-liquid-solid phases with minimal impurities. It achieves optimal separation results when impurities or solid phases in the liquid are below 1%. If the percentage exceeds 1%, clarification is recommended.
During operation, the mixed slurry is introduced into the bowl through the bottom inlet. The centrifugal force causes the liquids to separate based on their densities, with heavy liquid forming the outer ring and light liquid the inner ring. The separated liquids are discharged through their respective outlets, while particles settle on the bowl's wall for manual removal after the machine stops.
