Our operation process for the hydraulic filter press is designed to be efficient and user-friendly:

1. The hydraulic unit drives the head plate to press the middle plates and filter cloth between the head plate and tail plate, forming chambers between every two plates.
2. The pump delivers the mud into the chambers, allowing solids to become cake while liquid flows out. The pump stops when the cakes are full.
3. After about 10 minutes of pressure holding, the squeezing process finishes when there is no more liquid flow.
4. The plate shifter device helps to pull the plates one by one, automatically discharging the cake.
