Product Description:
The Horizontal Screw Centrifuge, designed by Zhengzhou Toper Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd., operates on a mechanical differential principle. It consists of a drum, spiral, differential, bearing seat, feeding tube, machine base, cover, main motor, auxiliary motor, electrical control system, and various monitoring instruments.
As material enters the centrifuge drum cavity, it is driven by the high-speed rotating drum to rotate at a high speed, experiencing strong centrifugal force. The solid particles in the mixture, due to their high density, are pushed towards the outlet end of the drum by the spiral, which rotates at a different speed than the drum (differential rotation speed).
This centrifuge efficiently separates solid particles from liquids, forming a liquid ring layer inside the solid ring layer. The differential ensures the necessary speed difference between the drum and screw for optimal performance.
