This automatic filter press is widely used in various industries such as papermaking sewage, printing/dyeing sewage, leather/tannery sewage, and more. It is a recessed chamber type with center feeding, consisting of a beam, filter plate, filter cloths, hydraulic unit, and electric control cabinet.

1. Beam: High-quality carbon steel Q345B with epoxy primer for higher intensity and corrosion resistance.
2. Filter Plate: Polypropylene (PP) with acid & alkali resistance, innocuity, and high strength.
3. Filter Cloths: High-quality polypropylene or polyester with acid resistance.
4. Hydraulic Unit: China brand famous pumps and hydraulic valve for convenient maintenance.

Operation Process:

1. The hydraulic unit drives the head plate to press the middle plates and filter cloth, forming chambers between every two plates.
2. The pump delivers the mud into the chambers, where solids form cakes and liquid flows out.
3. Pressure holding for about 10 minutes until the squeezing process finishes.
4. A worker manually discharges the cake.
