It is a recessed chamber filter press with center feeding, consisting of a beam, filter plate, filter cloths, hydraulic unit, and electric control cabinet.

1. Beam: High-quality carbon steel Q345B with epoxy primer for higher intensity and corrosion resistance.
2. Filter Plate: Polypropylene (PP) with acid & alkali resistance, innocuity, and high strength.

4. Hydraulic Unit: China brand famous pumps and hydraulic valve for convenient maintenance.

Operation Process:

1. The hydraulic unit drives the head plate to press the middle plates and filter cloth between head and tail plates, forming chambers.
2. The pump delivers mud into the chambers, with solids retained in the chamber to form cakes and liquid flowing out.
3. Pressure holding for about 10 minutes until no liquid flow is observed, indicating the squeezing process is complete.
4. A worker manually discharges the cake.
