• Filter plate constructed from Polypropylene (PP) for acid & alkali resistance, innocuity, and high strength

• Hydraulic unit with China brand famous pumps and hydraulic valve for efficient operation

Operation Process:

1. Hydraulic unit drives the head plate to press the middle plates and filter cloth, forming chambers between plates
2. Pump delivers mud into chambers, solids form cake, and liquid flows out
3. Pressure holding for about 10 minutes, squeezing process finishes when no liquid flow is observed
4. Plate shifter device helps pull plates one by one for automatic cake discharge
