Coconut Oil Mixture Separation Use Membrane Filter Press for Water treatment with Filter Media

membrane filter press consists of membrane plate and filter chamber made of ordered filter plates. The slurry materials are sent to filter chamber by the pressure of feeding pump and then go into filtrating media(filter cloth) to separate solid and liquid in slurry material.When solid in slurry material becomes cake shape, air is sent to membrane to fully squeeze the solid to reduce moisture content. If users have high requirement about filtration of sticky material and moisture content ratio, this machine has its own special characteristics to meet the need.

 

Membrane filter press is achieved by compressed air or water twice press to further reduce the moisture content of the cake, the cake moisture content for use on the strict requirements of the situation, and the need for drying the cake through the membrane filter press secondary crushing machine to minimize cake moisture content, thereby reducing energy consumption.

1. Automatic filter cloth varicose device, that is with some viscosity slurry, this device we design can change angle of the filter cloth into V shape, at the same time, the spring conned with vloth vibrates and the filter caks fall off.

2. Automatic bomb door. When filtration process, due to capollary leakage of cloth, there maybe a drip between the filter plates, so not only causing environmental pollution, but also increasing the moisture content of the mud, our design bomb door can collect leakage, then avoid pollution contamination of the filter press work site. 

3. Belt conveyor, it can help to collect the cake and delivery to the place you prefet to.

4. Sludge storage bucket. After filtration, the filter cake canbe unloaded down to the matching sludge storage bucket, easy to focus on shipping.

Working principle of Filter press equipment 

 Push the power button the pressing process is start, the cylinder piston of hydraulic device drives the push plate to press the filter plate and filter cloth as filter medium between membrane filter plate.Filter chamber are formed between pressed filter plates and slurry feeding into the filter chamber through the inlet of tail plate with the help of feeding pump. 
Solid particles are remainned in filter chambers forming into cakes by squeezing. The filter cake separates from the filter cloth and falls off.
To wash the press cakes, washing water can be introduced through the washing inlet of the tail plate.
The membrane filter press achieves the lowest residual moisture in the filter cake compared to conventional separation processes. Membrane filter press, have the function of second-squeeze, to give you a lower cake moisture by air or water.

1.Hydraulic station
(1)Hydraulic unit, carbon steel bending welding and sealing.

@High pressure oil pipe (36Mpa, 1.5m) and low pressure oil pipe (22.4Mpa, 2m), China standard soft connection.

(3) Piston rod, Medium-frequency hardening with 45# steel, the surface hardness can be HRC48-50, and there is a protect cover outside.

 

2.Main Beam

Material of high quality carbon steel Q345 ( Length & width & thickness: 120×60×6mm rectangular tube), box welded structural design, automatic submerged arc welding process with weld smooth and beautiful. Still processed with sand blasting to remove rust and oxide skin, then painted by epoxy primer to get higher intensity and corrosion resistance, together with last protection of acrylic polyester anti-corrosion paint spraying.


 

3.Filter plate

(1) Reinforced Polypropylene(RPP) with acid & alkali resistance, anticorrosion, innocuity, tasteless, light weight and high strength, producing by using 5000 tons high-pressure compressor, every plates before delivery is tested under high pressure 27MPa.
(2) External size is 870*870mm, inner size is800*800mm

4.Control cabinet 

The cover is carbon steel with spray with button operation, Chinese famous brand inverter and electronic components. Also as you need we can provide you with PLC control, Delta inverter and Schneider electronic components, more extra fees will be needed with your actual situation.
