It achieves optimal separation results when the impurity or solid phase content in the liquid is below 1%. If the percentage exceeds 1%, clarification is recommended.

The centrifugal force causes the liquids to separate based on their densities, with heavy liquid (water) forming the outer ring and light liquid (oil) forming the inner ring. The separated liquids are discharged through their respective outlets, while particles settle on the bowl's wall for manual removal after the machine stops.
