Detailed Information of Round Plate Filter Press:

• Frame: High-quality carbon steel Q345, automatic submerged arc welding process with smooth and beautiful welds. Sandblasted to remove rust and oxide skin, painted with epoxy primer for higher intensity and corrosion resistance, and finished with acrylic polyester anti-corrosion paint spraying.
• Filter Plate: Made of Reinforced Polypropylene with acid & alkali resistance, anti-corrosion, innocuity, tasteless, light weight, and high strength. Produced using a 5000-ton high-pressure compressor, each plate is tested under high pressure 27MPa before delivery.
• Pressing System: Hydraulic unit with carbon steel bending welding and sealing. Hydraulic cylinder welded using material 27SiMn seamless steel pipe, with pressing pressure of 18-20MPa.
• Control Cabinet: Carbon steel cover spray painted with button operation. Equipped with Chinese famous brand inverter and electronic components. PLC control can be provided upon request, and other electronic components can be chosen based on specific requirements.
