This centrifuge achieves optimal separation results when impurities or solid phases in the liquid are below 1%. If the percentage exceeds 1%, clarification is recommended before operation.
During operation, the mixed slurry is introduced into the bowl through the bottom inlet. The centrifugal force causes the liquids to separate based on their densities, with heavy liquid (water) forming the outer ring and light liquid (oil) forming the inner ring. The separated liquids are discharged through their respective outlets at the top of the bowl, while particles settle on the bowl's wall for manual removal after the machine stops.
