membrane filter press consists of membrane plate and filter chamber made of ordered filter plates. The slurry materials are sent to filter chamber by the pressure of feeding pump and then go into filtrating media(filter cloth) to separate solid and liquid in slurry material.When solid in slurry material becomes cake shape, air is sent to membrane to fully squeeze the solid to reduce moisture content. If users have high requirement about filtration of sticky material and moisture content ratio, this machine has its own special characteristics to meet the need.

Applicability:
This tailings sludge filter press/membrane filter press is a continuous working device with a large processing capacity. One 2m belt filter press can process 10-20 m3 of concentrated sludge per hour. The tailings sludge filter press/membrane filter press has high pressure, small floor space, low labor intensity and convenient operation for workers. The sludge moisture content of the tailings sludge filter press is low, reaching 17-30%. Compared with other types of sludge drying equipment, the maintenance is simple and the maintenance cost is low.






 

Membrane filter press consists of diaphragm plate and filter chamber made of ordered filter plates. With acid and alkali corrosion resistance, non-toxicness and high temperature resistance, good sealing performance and long service life. It has a novel construction, nice appearance, flexible movement, convenient operation and wear well.

 

Membrane filter press technology is gaining increased acceptance because it reduces subsequent processing or disposal costs for filter cake. In many applications the membrane filter press significantly reduces residual moisture content, making this technology attractive for new plants and for upgrading existing facilities. In both cases the careful selection of plate and membrane materials is essential to the successful performance of the process.

Membrane filter press plates are made from TPE material moulded. Diaphragm and TPE are enchased togerher to become firm, do not fall off easily and have a long service life.

Membrane filter press plates have a chamber below the drainage surface that can be inflated. The common method used is water pressure, which is generated by pumping into the squeeze cavity to inflate the face of the plate against the filter cake. Membrane Plates are used to reduce the cake moisture content & shorten the filtration cycle time.

Working principle of Filter press equipment 

 Push the power button the pressing process is start, the cylinder piston of hydraulic device drives the push plate to press the filter plate and filter cloth as filter medium between membrane filter plate.Filter chamber are formed between pressed filter plates and slurry feeding into the filter chamber through the inlet of tail plate with the help of feeding pump. 
Solid particles are remainned in filter chambers forming into cakes by squeezing. The filter cake separates from the filter cloth and falls off.
To wash the press cakes, washing water can be introduced through the washing inlet of the tail plate.
The membrane filter press achieves the lowest residual moisture in the filter cake compared to conventional separation processes. Membrane filter press, have the function of second-squeeze, to give you a lower cake moisture by air or water.

1.Hydraulic station
(1)Hydraulic unit, carbon steel bending welding and sealing.
@Air filters external oil pumps with a better cooling effect and easy maintenance
@High pressure oil pipe (36Mpa, 1.5m) and low pressure oil pipe (22.4Mpa, 2m), China standard soft connection.
(2) Hydraulic cylinder, welded using material 27SiMn seamless steel pipe, Inner diameter and stroke is Φ120X400, pressing pressure is 18-20MPa.
(3) Piston rod, Medium-frequency hardening with 45# steel, the surface hardness can be HRC48-50, and there is a protect cover outside.

 

2.Main Beam

Material of high quality carbon steel Q345 ( Length & width & thickness: 120×60×6mm rectangular tube), box welded structural design, automatic submerged arc welding process with weld smooth and beautiful. Still processed with sand blasting to remove rust and oxide skin, then painted by epoxy primer to get higher intensity and corrosion resistance, together with last protection of acrylic polyester anti-corrosion paint spraying.


 

3.Filter plate

(1) Reinforced Polypropylene(RPP) with acid & alkali resistance, anticorrosion, innocuity, tasteless, light weight and high strength, producing by using 5000 tons high-pressure compressor, every plates before delivery is tested under high pressure 27MPa.
(2) External size is 870*870mm, inner size is800*800mm

4.Control cabinet 

The cover is carbon steel with spray with button operation, Chinese famous brand inverter and electronic components. Also as you need we can provide you with PLC control, Delta inverter and electronic components, more extra fees will be needed with your actual situation.
