The tubular centrifuge is a high separation factor centrifugal equipment suitable for extraction, enrichment, and clarification. It is ideal for situations where the specific gravity difference between solid and liquid phases is small, particle size is small with low solid content, and the medium is corrosive. Commonly used in solid-liquid separation for food, chemical, beverage, pharmaceutical, blood products, and intermediates.
The GF series tubular centrifuge is perfect for separating emulsions and mixing various liquid-liquid-solid phases with minimal impurities. For optimal results, it is recommended to clarify the mixture if impurities exceed 1%.
During operation, the mixed slurry is introduced into the bowl through the bottom inlet. The centrifugal force separates the components based on gravity, with heavy liquid forming the outer ring and light liquid the inner ring.
