Operation of the Manual Filter Press:

1. Press: Ensure the filter cloth is flat, insert the strength adding rod into the screw jack, and rotate clockwise until sufficient pressure is applied.
2. Return: Insert the strength adding rod, rotate the screw jack counterclockwise to release pressure.
3. If slippage occurs during press or return, adjust the direction valve accordingly.
4. Adjust press strength as needed and discharge the cake after filtration for the next cycle.
