The Jack Filter Press from Zhengzhou Toper Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. utilizes a screw jack as a pressing device, offering a simple structure, easy operation, and no need for power. This economical and practical filter press is generally suitable for filter areas ranging from 1-40 m2.

Structure and Operating Principle:

1. Filter press consists of a frame, filter plate, pressing system (manual, mechanical, or hydraulic), and electric control cabinet.
2. The frame includes a base, push plate, girder, and supports the pressing device and filter plates.
3. Filter plates are installed on the girder between the tail plate and push plate, with filter cloth sandwiched between them.
4. During operation, the pressing device (cylinder piston rod or screw) drives the push plate to press the filter plates and filter cloth between the push plate and tail plate. Filter chambers are formed, allowing solid particles to form cakes while liquid is discharged out of the tail plate. Compressed air can be introduced through the washing port for drying the press cakes.
5. Plate and frame type filter-Press is similar to a recessed plate filter press, with the filtering part consisting of one plate, one frame, and filter cloth, creating filter chambers between the plate and frame.
6. The liquid stream of the filter press can be divided into external stream and internal stream, where the filtrate is discharged directly from the outlet port of the filter plate or collected before being discharged out of the filtrate port.
