Features:

• Beam made of high-quality carbon steel Q345B for higher intensity and corrosion resistance
• Filter plate constructed from Polypropylene (PP) for acid & alkali resistance, anticorrosion, and high strength
• Filter cloths made of high-quality polypropylene or polyester for durability
• Hydraulic unit with China brand famous pumps and hydraulic valve for efficient operation
• Electric control cabinet with PLC control and China famous brand electrical components

Operation Process:

1. The hydraulic unit drives the head plate to press the middle plates and filter cloth between head plate and tail plate, forming chambers between every two plates
2. The pump delivers the mud into the chambers, with solids retained in the chamber to form cake and liquid flowing out
3. Pressure holding for about 10 minutes until no liquid flow is observed, indicating the squeezing process is complete
4. The plate shifter device assists in pulling the plates one by one, allowing for automatic cake discharge
