PLC controlled Automatic filter press equipment with automatic filter cloth washing, glass fiber plate used dewatering equipment 

Automatically pull plate filter press with PLC control can operate filter press (such as

compression plate bomb door open and close,pull plates), and left the remote control interface,to remote automatic operation control.

 

The filter press  machine is a device for spasmic solid -liquid separation  with plate,

 frame as filter room where liquid was transferred into by conveying pump, solid-liquid separation will be achieved by filter media. 

 

    It is widely used in wastewater treatment for industries, such as chemical engineering, dyes, petroleum, pottery, pharmaceutical, sugar and food manufacturing, starch, syrup, painting, metallurgy  and so on. It has a superiority in separation of adhesive material with advantages of good  performance, wild application, easy operation, low cost etc.  The type of the filter press machine  includes plate and frame filter press machine, chamber pressure filter, belt pressure filter,  diaphragm filter press  machine.
