It is ideal for chemical industry wastewater usage, featuring beams, legs, and other structures coated with stainless steel. The recessed chamber design with center feeding consists of beams, filter plates, filter cloths, hydraulic unit, and electric control cabinet.

Detailed Information:

1. Beam: High-quality carbon steel Q345B processed with sandblasting and epoxy primer for corrosion resistance.
2. Filter Plate: Polypropylene (PP) with acid & alkali resistance, innocuity, and high strength.
3. Filter Cloths: High-quality polypropylene or polyester with acid resistance.
4. Hydraulic Unit: China brand pumps and hydraulic valve, convenient maintenance.
5. Electric Control Cabinet: PLC control cabinet with famous brand electrical components.

Operation Process:

1. The hydraulic unit drives the head plate to press the plates and filter cloth, forming chambers.
2. The pump delivers mud into the chambers, separating solids and liquids.
3. Pressure holding for about 10 minutes until no liquid flow is observed.
4. A worker manually discharges the cake.
