The working principle of our Filter Press Equipment is simple and efficient. With the push of a button, the hydraulic device drives the push plate to press the filter plate and filter cloth, creating filter chambers where solid particles form into cakes. The filter cake separates from the filter cloth easily, achieving the lowest residual moisture compared to conventional processes.
Our Membrane Filter Press includes a second-squeeze function for even lower cake moisture, ensuring optimal results. Additionally, washing the press cakes is made easy with the washing inlet feature.

Main Beam
Material of high-quality carbon steel Q345 (Length & width & thickness: 120×60×6mm rectangular tube), box welded structural design, automatic submerged arc welding process with smooth and beautiful welds. Processed with sandblasting to remove rust and oxide skin, then painted with epoxy primer for higher intensity and corrosion resistance. Finished with acrylic polyester anti-corrosion paint spraying for added protection.

(2) The external size of the Filter Plate is 870*870mm, with an inner size of 800*800mm.
