The filter chamber of membrane filter press consist of the membrane plate and the chamber plate. With the help of the feeding pump, the solid and liquid separated by the filter medium(filter cloth). After the filter cake is formed, and then air or liquid goes into membrane plate. The second squeezing happens by membrane plate bulk and lower moisture content. Membrane filter press is suitable for the filtration of visous material and user who has higher requirements about the moisture content of filter cake. 

 

Membrane filter press used in sludge and sewage treatment, the moisture content of filter cake is  below 15% in the lowest , compared with the traditional chamber pressure filter, solid content  of cakes can be increased by more than 2 times, cost of cake transportation is greatly reduced,  filter cake can burning directly in power plant, realized the goal of turning sludge into resources,  sewage becomes clear water.

2.Operation process:

1. The hydraulic unit drive the head plate to press the middle plates and filter cloth between head plate and tail plate. And chambers form between every two plates.

2. The pump will deliver the mud into the chambers. Solids retainled in the chamber to be cake, and liquid flow out. Until the cakes is full. Then pump stops.

3. With about 10 minutes pressure holding. When you see there is no liquid flow it, the squeezing process finishs.

4. The plate shifter device will help to pull the plates one by one, and cake will discharge automatically.

 

With the common function of hydraulic closure & opening, add another new design---plate shifter device, when a cycle finish and cake formation. it will help to discharge the cake automatically.

Also this  Automatic recessed chamber filter press for sludge dewatering, equipped with autoamtic washing system, after the cake forms, it will help to wash the cake.


 

 

This filter press is the recessed chamber one with center feeding. It consists of beam, filter plate, filter cloths, hydraulic unit and electric control cabinet.

1. Beam, High quality carbon steel Q345B and processed with sand blasting to remove rust and oxide skin, then painted by epoxy primer to get higher intensity and corrosion resistance.

2. Filter plate, Polypropylene(PP) with acid & alkali resistance, anticorrosion, innocuity, tasteless, light weight and high strength.

3. Filter cloths, High quality polypropylene acid and alkali proof or high quality polyester acid.
