After filtration through the membrane filter press and reverse osmosis treatment, the water quality is significantly improved, surpassing even tap water standards. The sludge treatment process results in a cake with moisture content of 40%-50%, leading to a wastewater reuse rate of up to 60% and a substantial reduction in sewage discharge costs for printing and dyeing enterprises.
The filter press features a recessed chamber design with center feeding, comprising a beam, filter plate, filter cloths, hydraulic unit, and electric control cabinet. The beam is made of high-quality carbon steel, while the filter plate is constructed from polypropylene for durability and resistance to acids and alkalis.
