GF Series Tubular Centrifuge

Our GF series tubular centrifuge, manufactured by Zhengzhou Toper Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd., is designed for separating emulsions and mixing various liquid-liquid-solid phases with minimal impurities. It delivers optimal separation results when impurities or solid phases in the liquid are below 1%. If the percentage exceeds 1%, we recommend clarification before operation.

During operation, the mixed slurry is introduced into the bowl through the bottom inlet. The strong centrifugal force causes the liquids to separate based on their densities, with heavy liquid (water) forming the outer ring and light liquid (oil) forming the inner ring. These liquids are then discharged through their respective outlets at the top of the bowl. Any remaining particles settle on the bowl's wall and can be manually removed after the machine stops.
