This series is designed for separating various industrial suspensions that are challenging to separate. It is particularly suitable for liquid-liquid suspensions with a small specific gravity difference between the solid phase and liquid phase, as well as liquid-liquid-solid separation with minimal impurities.
In this process, liquids with a large density deposit on the outer wall of the drum, while liquids with a lower density deposit on the inner wall. Both are then discharged from the upper part of the drum. Solid particles accumulate on the drum wall and can be manually discharged after downtime.

The GF series tubular centrifuge is designed for separating emulsions and mixing various liquid-liquid-solid phases with minimal impurities. It achieves optimal separation results when impurities or solid phases in the liquid are below 1%. If the percentage exceeds 1%, clarification is recommended.
During operation, the mixed slurry is introduced into the bowl through the bottom inlet. The centrifugal force causes the liquids to separate based on gravity, with heavy liquid (water) forming the outer ring and light liquid (oil) forming the inner ring. The separated liquids are discharged through their respective outlets, while particles settle on the bowl's wall for manual removal after the machine stops.
