GF Separation Series:
This series is designed for separating various industrial suspensions, especially ideal for liquid-liquid suspensions with a small specific gravity difference between the solid phase and liquid phase, as well as liquid-liquid-solid separation with minimal impurities.
Liquids with a higher density deposit on the outer wall of the drum, while liquids with a lower density deposit on the inner wall. Both are discharged from the upper part of the drum. Solid particles accumulate on the drum wall and can be manually discharged after downtime.

It achieves optimal separation results when impurities or solid phases in the liquid are below 1%. If the percentage exceeds 1%, clarification is recommended before operation.
During operation, the mixed slurry is introduced into the bowl through the bottom inlet. The centrifugal force causes the liquids to separate based on their gravity, with heavy liquid (water) forming the outer ring and light liquid (oil) forming the inner ring. The separated liquids are discharged through their respective outlets, while particles settle on the bowl's wall for manual removal after the machine stops.
