Our company stainless steel filter press can be divided into plate and frame type and chamber type. it is one kind of intermittent filter equipment. It is used for solid-liquid separation of various suspensending liquid. Filter plate are pressed by pressing system, and then suspension is pumped into the filter chamber. solid particles and liquid is separated through gilter cloth. This chamber fitler press is simple in structure, but in good separation effects. conventient in use.

This stainless steel filter press consists of beam, filte plate, hydraulic system(hydraulic unit) filter cloths, control cabinet.

1. Beam, High quality carbon steel Q345B and processed with sand blasting to remove rust and  oxide skin, then painted by epoxy primer to  get higher intensity and corrosion resistance. here with seed oil used, to satisfy food industry used we can covered with the beam with stainless steel.

2. Filter plate, Polypropylene(PP) with acid & alkali resistance, anticorrosion, innocuity, tasteless, 
light weight and high strength. add with glass fiber to beer higher temperatre more than 80C.

3. Filter cloths, High quality polypropylene acid and alkali proof or high quality polyester acid.

4. Hydraulic unit, China brand famous pumps and hydraulic valve; Carbon steel bending welding,  sealing, air filtration external oil pump, cooling effect is good, maintenance is convenient; High and  low pressure oil pipe for gb soft connection. 

5. Electric control cabinet, PLC control cabinet with Siemens brand or brand Electrical  components, Split type or can be fixed on the beam.

4.When static, oil and wax, tips can stratify? I  mean first layer wax, second layer oil, maybe first layer oil, second layer wax, i dont know. Can they separate when static?

According to what I see I don't see separation by eyes only when we design Centerifuge then will happen all I care about is to separate the oil from wax fats and tips .

Working principle the hydraulic compress recessed filter press :

 

When the filter press is suitable installation, you can push the power button ,and the pressing process is start as the machine is automatically controled :

The cylinder piston of hydraulic device drives the push plate to press the filter plate and filter cloth between push plate and tail plate.Filter chamber are formed between pressed filter plates and materials get into the filter chamber through the inlet of tail plate with the help of feeding pump. 

Solid particles are remainned in filter chambers forming into cakes ,while liquid is discharged out of the machine through press cake and filter cloth.

To wash the press cakes,washing water can  be introduced through the washing inlet of the tail plate.

Operation process includes the following

1. The hydraulic unit drive the head plate to press the middle plates and filter cloth between head plate and tail plate. And chambers form between every two plates.

2. The pump will deliver the mud into the chambers. Solids retainled in the chamber to be cake, and liquid flow out. Until the cakes is full. Then pump stops.

3. With about 10 minutes pressure holding. When you see there is no liquid flow it, the squeezing process finishs.

4. The plate shifter device will help to pull the plates one by one, and cake will discharge automatically.
