The GF series tubular centrifuge is designed for separating emulsions and mixing various liquid-liquid-solid phases with minimal impurities. For optimal separation results, it is recommended that the liquid contains less than 1% foreign matter or solid phase product. If the percentage exceeds 1%, clarification is advised.
During operation, the mixed slurry is introduced into the bowl through the bottom inlet. The centrifugal force causes the liquids to separate based on their densities, with heavy liquid forming the outer ring and light liquid the inner ring. The separated liquids are discharged through their respective outlets, while particles settle on the bowl's wall for manual removal after the machine stops.
