The Quick Open Plate Small Automatic Filter Press Machine, manufactured by Zhengzhou Toper Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd., operates on a hydraulic system. Simply push the power button to initiate the automatic pressing process.

Using a cylinder piston, the machine presses the filter plate and cloth between the push plate and tail plate, creating filter chambers. Solid particles form cakes in the chambers, while liquid is discharged through the press cake and filter cloth.

To wash the press cakes, washing water can be introduced through the washing inlet of the tail plate.
