The Zhengzhou Toper Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd Cotton Cake Filter is designed for efficient solids-liquid separation in various slurry applications. The filter plates are pressed by a pressing device, allowing the slurry to be pumped into the filter chambers where solid particles and liquids are separated through filter cloths.
The cotton cake filter can be used with recycled fiber material as filter media to effectively remove oil traces, mechanical impurities, suspended complexes, and other impurities from liquid materials, resulting in clear and transparent filtered liquid.
With a larger filter area compared to stainless steel multi-layer filters, the cotton cake filter offers convenient operation and maintenance. The circular machine frame structure outperforms square frame structures, and the choice between aircraft aluminum and reinforced polypropylene materials allows for customization based on filtration needs.
This cotton cake filter is ideal for applications such as fermentation broth, enzymes, ribonic acid, food and beverage, and alcohol. The use of clean food sanitary grade PP filter plates ensures excellent gelatin filtration results while preventing secondary pollution from heavy metal ions, making it a crucial tool in gelatin production.
