1. Brief introduction: 

Hydraulic compress filter press is the latest water treatment equipment of the our company. It is made of durable material and thus can be used for high capacity filtering consistently and continuously.

2. Application industry:

Widely used in mining ,metallurgy,petroleum,chemical ,environmental protection,electroplating, food ,pharmacy,oil,biological,beverage,textiles,printing and dreing,papermaking,inorganic salt, coal washing ,sewage treatment,ceramics,leather such industries. 

 

3. Hydraulic station: 

1) Hydraulic unit, carbon steel bending welding and sealing.
A. Air filters external oil pumps with a better cooling effect and easy maintenance
B. Hydraulic valves of Shanghai Huadao brand.
C. High pressure oil pipe (36Mpa, 1.5m) and low pressure oil pipe (22.4Mpa, 2m), China standard soft connection.

2) Hydraulic cylinder, welded using material 27SiMn seamless steel pipe, Inner diameter and stroke is Φ120X400, pressing pressure is 18-20MPa.

3) Piston rod, Medium-frequency hardening with 45# steel, the surface hardness can be HRC48-50, and there is a protect cover outside.

4.Main Beam:

Material of high quality carbon steel Q345 ( Length & width & thickness, 120×60×6mm rectangular tube), box welded structural design, automatic submerged arc welding process with weld smooth and beautiful. Still processed with sand blasting to remove rust and oxide skin, then painted by epoxy primer to get higher intensity and corrosion resistance, together with last protection of acrylic polyester anti-corrosion paint spraying.

6. Operation process includes the following

1. The hydraulic unit drive the head plate to press the middle plates and filter cloth between head plate and tail plate. And chambers form between every two plates.

2. The pump will deliver the mud into the chambers. Solids retainled in the chamber to be cake, and liquid flow out. Until the cakes is full. Then pump stops.

3. With about 10 minutes pressure holding. When you see there is no liquid flow it, the squeezing process finishs.

4. The plate shifter device will help to pull the plates one by one, and cake will discharge automatically.
