This high-pressure filter press consists of a frame, filter plate, pressing system, and control cabinet.

1. Frame: High-quality carbon steel Q345, processed with automatic submerged arc welding for a smooth finish. Sandblasted to remove rust, painted with epoxy primer for higher intensity and corrosion resistance, and finished with acrylic polyester anti-corrosion paint.
2. Filter Plate: Made of Reinforced Polypropylene with acid & alkali resistance, anti-corrosion properties, innocuity, tastelessness, lightweight, and high strength. Each plate undergoes testing under high pressure 27MPa.
3. Pressing System: Features a hydraulic unit, carbon steel bending welding, and sealing. Hydraulic cylinder made of 27SiMn seamless steel pipe, with a pressing pressure of 18-20MPa.
4. Control Cabinet: Carbon steel cover with button operation, equipped with a Chinese famous brand inverter and electronic components. Optional PLC control and customization of electronic components based on specific requirements.
