Description:

This Manual Filter Press by Zhengzhou Toper Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. is the simplest type, consisting of a screw jack, beam, filter plate, and filter cloth.

Operation:

1. Press: Ensure the filter cloth is flat, insert the strength adding rod into the screw jack, and rotate clockwise until desired pressure is reached.
2. Return: Rotate the screw jack counterclockwise to release pressure.
3. Additional Notes: If slippage occurs, adjust the direction valve. Apply more pressure if leakage is detected. After filtration, discharge the cake by pulling out the filter plates.
