Product Description:

The Manual Filter Press by Zhengzhou Toper Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. is the simplest type of filter press, consisting of a screw jack, beam, filter plate, and filter cloth.

Operation:

1. Press: Ensure the filter cloth is flat, insert the strength adding rod into the screw jack, and rotate clockwise until the desired pressure is reached.
2. Return: Rotate the screw jack counterclockwise to release pressure.
3. Additional Notes: If slippage occurs, adjust the direction valve. Apply more pressure if leakage is detected. After filtration, discharge the cake by pulling out the filter plates.

Start another cycle by sorting the filter plates and cloth.
