Introducing the Ceramics Sludge Dewatering Filter Press by Zhengzhou Toper Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. This high-pressure round plate filter press is ideal for sewage treatment in various industries including stone waste, ceramic, kaolin, and building materials.

• Maximum output of filter cakes up to 18 tons each time

Applications:

Perfect for dewatering various concentrates and tailings such as rare earth, bauxite, argil, petuntse, and more.

Working Principle:

When the filter press is installed, simply push the power button to start the pressing process. The hydraulic device drives the push plate to press the filter plate and filter cloth, forming filter chambers where solid particles turn into cakes while liquid is discharged.

For washing the press cakes, washing water can be introduced through the washing inlet of the tail plate.
