The GF series tubular centrifuge by Zhengzhou Toper Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. is designed for separating emulsions and mixing various liquid-liquid-solid phases with minimal impurities. It delivers optimal separation results when impurities or solid phases in the liquid are below 1%. For percentages exceeding 1%, clarification is recommended.
During operation, the mixed slurry is introduced through the bottom inlet, where the centrifugal force separates the components. The heavy liquid (water) forms an outer ring, while the light liquid (oil) forms an inner ring due to their differing gravities. These liquids are then discharged from their respective outlets at the top of the bowl. Any remaining particles settle on the bowl's wall and can be manually removed after the machine stops.
