Customized Small Automatic Membrane Chamber Slurry Filter Press

A membrane filter press consists of membrane plates and filter chambers made of ordered filter plates. The slurry materials are sent to the filter chamber by the pressure of the feeding pump and then go into the filtrating media (filter cloth) to separate solid and liquid in the slurry material. When the solid in the slurry material becomes cake shape, air is sent to the membrane to fully squeeze the solid to reduce moisture content. This machine has special characteristics to meet the high requirements of filtration for sticky materials and moisture content ratio.

Membrane Filter Press:

• Membrane filter press is achieved by compressed air or water twice press to further reduce the moisture content of the cake.
• Consists of membrane plate and filter chamber made of ordered filter plates.

Working Principle of Filter Press Equipment:

• Push the power button to start the pressing process.
• The cylinder piston of the hydraulic device drives the push plate to press the filter plate and filter cloth as a filter medium between membrane filter plate.
• Solid particles are remained in filter chambers forming into cakes by squeezing.
• The membrane filter press achieves the lowest residual moisture in the filter cake compared to conventional separation processes.
