The GF series tubular centrifuge is designed for separating emulsions and mixing various liquid-liquid-solid phases with minimal impurities. It achieves optimal separation results when impurities or solid phases in the liquid are below 1%. If the percentage exceeds 1%, clarification is recommended.
During operation, the mixed slurry is introduced into the bowl through the bottom inlet. The centrifugal force causes the liquid to flow along the bowl's wall, separating heavy liquid (water) forming the outer ring and light liquid (oil) forming the inner ring. The separated liquids are discharged through their respective outlets, while particles settle on the bowl's wall for manual removal after the machine stops.
