The tubular centrifuge by Zhengzhou Toper Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. offers unique internal blade design, making it ideal for separating fermentation strains efficiently. Equipped with reverse equipment, it retains residual mother liquor completely during shutdown, preventing any loss.
Specifically designed for Chinese medicine angry enterprises, this tubular separator meets GMP certification requirements. It is widely used post-extraction to separate process steps, suitable for plant extraction and Chinese medicine extraction.
Mainly used for separating emulsion and mixing liquid-liquid-solid phases with minimal impurities. Achieves optimal separation results when solid phase product in liquid is less than 1%. Clarification is recommended if the percentage exceeds 1%.
During operation, the mixed slurry is sprayed onto the bowl from the bottom inlet. The strong centrifugal force causes the liquid to flow along the bowl wall, separating heavy liquid (water) forming the outer ring and light liquid (oil) forming the inner ring. The separated liquids discharge from their respective outlets, while particles settle on the bowl wall for manual discharge after the machine stops.
