Our operation process for the hydraulic filter press is designed for efficiency and ease of use:

1. The hydraulic unit drives the head plate to press the middle plates and filter cloth between the head plate and tail plate, forming chambers between every two plates.
2. The pump delivers the mud into the chambers, allowing solids to be retained in the chamber to form cakes while the liquid flows out. The pump stops when the cakes are full.
3. After about 10 minutes of pressure holding, the squeezing process is complete when there is no more liquid flow.
4. The plate shifter device assists in pulling the plates one by one, automatically discharging the cake.
