Stainless steel plate and frame filter for wine, juice, beer

The equipment is multi-layer plate frame filter, which is applicable to the process operation with the requirements of fine filtration and semi-fine filtration such as purification,sterilization and defecation with sealed filtration in the liquid with low viscosity and little slagging content under the concentration of 50%. By directly adopting microporous filtration film,it can realize the sterile filtration without passing the microporous film.The equipment has characteristics such as large filtration area,large flow and wide applicable range, so it is widely used in the fields of pharmacy, chemical industry and food etc. The effect will be better if used for filtration of injection liquid medicine in pharmacy factories.


Operation principle

Suspension goes into the filter room with the help of a pump, due to pressure, the filtrate through the filter layer and the membrane or other filter, is discharged out of fluid discharge outlet, the residues were kept in the room formed by plate and frame, to achieve solid-liquid separation.

The machine is made of SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel material, corrosionresistant durability and long life span.The filter plates use screw thread structure. It can change filtering media(if use millipore filter membrane, it can achieve aseptic filtration ). Users can increase or reduce the number of layers to meet the needs of production. When working, the filter is in the state of sealing and pressure, without loss of liquid material, liquid clarity is good, and also based on user needs a special multistage filter, first stage put a coarse filter, and second stage put fine filter material, saving time and improve the filtering accuracy. All parts of the machine sealed with silicone rubber seals, high temperature, nontoxic, no leakage, good sealing performance. The machine can be fitted with automatically liquid return device, as per needs of the user. When the pump stops,open the return value, automatic discharge of all sediments (both exhaust function), and return with water from the tube recoil,very convenient.
