Audited Supplier GF type tubular centrifuge is a kind of centrifugal equipment with high separation factor. The minimum separation particle size is 1 micron. It is especially used in extraction, enrichment and clarification of material with the following situations: 1) the specific gravity difference between solid phase and liquid phase is small;
2) the particle size is small and solid content is low; the medium is strong corrosive. It is mainly used for various industrial suspension that is very difficult to separate, especially suitable for liquid-liquid suspension with small specific gravity difference between solid phase and liquid phase, and liquid-liquid-solid separation with few impurities. Liquid with larger density deposit on the outer wall of drum. Liquid with smaller density deposit on the inner wall of drum. Both of them get to the upper part of the drum to discharge. Solid particles deposit on the drum wall to be artificially discharged after downtime.
Tubular centrifuge is driven by a high-speed motor. It operates at high speed, generating up to 20,000 gravities of centrifugal force. Solid particles with larger density deposits on the inner wall of the drum, gradually forming a sediment layer, which needs artificial discharge after downtime. The clarified fluid to the upper part of the drum is discharged from the drainage mouth. Tubular Centrifuges are an excellent replacement for many traditional filter and membrane applications due to their high efficiency (virtually no product loss) and small footprint. Additionally, unlike traditional filters, they never require pre-coating or back-flushing and can never clog.
