The GF/Q series tubular centrifuge by Zhengzhou Toper Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. is designed for efficiently separating emulsions and mixing various liquid-liquid-solid phases with minimal impurities. It delivers optimal separation results when the impurity content in the liquid is below 1%. If the impurity percentage exceeds 1%, it is advisable to conduct a clarification process beforehand.
During operation, the mixed slurry is introduced into the bowl through the bottom inlet. The centrifugal force then causes the components to separate based on their densities. The heavy liquid (water) forms the outer ring, while the light liquid (oil) forms the inner ring. These separated liquids are discharged through their respective outlets at the top of the bowl. Any remaining particles settle on the bowl's wall and can be manually removed after the machine stops.
